Demand Writer Support Specialist

About the role

HireHawk is looking for a Demand Writer Support Specialist to manage a high‑volume personal injury demand pipeline. You will review medical records and bills, organize exhibits, and assemble attorney‑ready demand packages while working within a case‑management system.

Key responsibilities

• Independently review medical records, bills, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Verify billing and treatment timelines, flagging any gaps or inconsistencies before package assembly.
• Build and label complete demand packages with all required exhibits.
• Identify missing records, liens, or key documents and communicate needs to close the file.
• Navigate disorganized case files to locate relevant information quickly.
• Maintain consistent exhibit preparation standards suitable for attorney review.
• Support demand submission workflows using demand preparation software such as EvenUp.
• Manage multiple active demands, meeting volume and deadline expectations.
• Track and update demand tasks and statuses in the case‑management system.
• Contribute to process improvements that reduce rework and increase quality at scale.

Required profile

• Hands‑on plaintiff personal injury experience, including drafting demand letters and packages.
• Strong independent medical record and bill review abilities.
• Experience preparing demand packages from intake through final assembly.
• Comfort working in a high‑volume environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent written English for attorney‑facing communication.

Required skills

• Filevine (case‑management system) – preferred.
• EvenUp or similar demand preparation platform – nice to have.
