Design Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Design Architect to join our team in San Pedro Sula. The role focuses on creating detailed architectural plans and coordinating the graphical representation of electrical, sanitary and structural installations for residential and commercial projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute detailed architectural drawings and plans.
• Produce graphics for electrical, sanitary and structural installation layouts.
• Design lot distribution schemes and parceling plans.
• Collaborate with engineering and construction teams to ensure design feasibility.
• Maintain project documentation and adhere to local building codes.

Required profile

• University graduate in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in plan execution and design.
• Proven experience with graphics for electrical, sanitary and structural installations.
• Experience in creating lot distribution and parceling plans.
