Digital Media Optimizer

About the role

The Digital Media Optimizer will be responsible for continuously improving the performance of our clients' digital advertising campaigns. You will work closely with creative, account, and technical teams to maximize ROI and ensure campaigns meet strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize digital campaign performance in real time, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Monitor traffic and key performance metrics to ensure campaign effectiveness.
• Conduct A/B and other tests to identify best practices and maximize results.
• Implement and oversee tracking tools to measure campaign impact.
• Identify and resolve technical or quality issues affecting performance.
• Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop innovative solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
• Build and maintain relationships with media partners and industry stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital media optimization.
• Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic buying.
• Experience managing large advertising budgets and delivering measurable results.
• Excellent analytical skills to interpret complex data and create effective strategies.
• Project‑management methodology experience to ensure efficient campaign delivery.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Familiarity with digital media analysis tools and performance metrics.
• Immediate availability.
