About the role

The Food & Beverage Director will lead and fully supervise the Food and Beverage operation on the Bay Islands, ensuring high quality, profitability, service excellence and operational efficiency across all outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of restaurants, kitchens, bars and event catering.
• Maintain and improve product quality, guest satisfaction and service standards.
• Control costs, develop budgets, manage inventories and supervise purchasing.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Drive revenue growth while optimizing operational efficiency.
• Lead, coach and evaluate a multidisciplinary team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• Preferably a professional chef qualification.
• 5–8 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably in hotels, resorts or high‑volume restaurants.
• Proven experience managing restaurants, kitchens, bars and large‑scale events.
• Bilingual English proficiency is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, results orientation, decision‑making ability and excellent customer service mindset.
