About the role
We are seeking a motivated Dispatch Coordinator to join our San Pedro Sula office. The role supports both evening and night operations, ensuring smooth logistics flow across our North American network.
Key responsibilities
- Manage dispatch activities for evening (3 pm‑11 pm) and night (11 pm‑6 am) shifts, including weekend coverage.
- Coordinate with internal departments to verify that all paperwork, reports and correspondence are accurately processed.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication.
- Bachelor’s degree; prior experience in land logistics is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to quickly learn new logistics software and systems.
