About the role
The SME Business Executive will promote the bank's full range of products and services to existing and potential clients in Puerto Cortes. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality customer service while supporting the bank’s financial targets and profitability.
Key responsibilities
- Create tactical plans to grow and maintain a profitable SME client portfolio.
- Evaluate SMEs and their owners, performing economic and qualitative assessments to identify payment capacity and willingness.
- Maintain frequent personal contact with clients to understand and anticipate their needs.
- Manage and recover delinquent accounts within the assigned portfolio.
Required profile
- Experience in business strategy and at least 2 years working with SMEs.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, International Trade or related fields; a master’s degree is desirable.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication, proactive attitude, honesty, and attention to detail.
