Electrical BIM Project Manager

About the role

ENG is seeking an Electrical BIM Project Manager to lead multiple remote projects, combining technical BIM expertise with people, budget, schedule, and client management. The role blends hands‑on Revit and Navisworks work with strategic business and client‑facing responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead electrical BIM teams across several US‑based projects.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, billing, and change orders.
• Serve as the primary client liaison, handling scope and schedule discussions.
• Oversee QA/QC processes to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
• Coordinate resources, staffing, PTO, and remote team collaboration.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Advanced/Fluent English proficiency.
• 6+ years of experience in electrical engineering, construction, or BIM/VDC projects.
• Proven track record managing projects from initiation to closeout.
• Experience leading teams and managing schedules.
• Strong client‑facing skills and knowledge of US electrical codes (NEC, NFPA).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit.
• Proficiency with Navisworks.
• Experience with ACC/BIM 360, Revizto, or similar platforms.
• Electrical BIM coordination and clash detection.
