About the role

The Cooperativa Agropecuaria Apícola Pionera de Honduras is looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Manager to join its team in Siguatepeque. The role combines administrative duties with hands‑on warehouse operations, ensuring smooth receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and record incoming products, raw materials, and supplies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date physical inventory records and apply the PEPS (FIFO) method.
• Organize and store items correctly, preparing and dispatching orders as authorized.
• Support loading and unloading activities, including stacking, moving, and order picking.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, damages, losses, or non‑conforming products.
• Keep the warehouse orderly and coordinate with Administration, Sales, and Production departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Logistics or a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience managing warehouses, inventories, or storage facilities.
• Current residence in Siguatepeque is mandatory.
• Honest, punctual, detail‑oriented, and able to work effectively in a team.
