Entry-Level Account Manager – Roofing Projects

About the role

Work Ninjas is looking for an enthusiastic entry‑level Account Manager to support roofing projects from estimate to final payment. You will act as the main liaison between clients, suppliers, crews and insurers, gaining hands‑on experience in the construction sector while developing professional communication and organisational skills.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout each roofing project, ensuring a smooth experience from start to completion.
• Communicate promptly via email, text and phone to address client questions, requests and updates.
• Coordinate lead follow‑ups, estimates, material orders, production scheduling and payment collection.
• Work closely with suppliers, production teams, crews and other stakeholders to keep project information accurate and tasks on track.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and manage deadlines, follow‑ups and deliverables.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or early‑career professional in a technical field; civil engineering or architecture background is a plus.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1+), able to communicate professionally with English‑speaking clients.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and proactive with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience in account or project management and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
