Executive Assistant – Construction Operations

About the role

We are a vertically integrated real‑estate development firm seeking a remote Executive Assistant to support our construction directors. The role blends high‑level executive support with hands‑on construction knowledge, ensuring projects stay on schedule while leaders remain focused.

Key responsibilities

• Own complex executive calendars, filter inbound email, and hold leadership accountable to daily commitments.
• Draft, format, and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and manage technical submittals to prevent site delays.
• Read technical blueprints, perform material takeoffs, calculate quantities, and assist with budgeting and cost estimation.
• Support material sourcing, gather vendor quotes, and coordinate shipping and import logistics.
• Assist with architectural drafting updates, minor design changes, and BIM data coordination.
• Manage compliance documents, organize contract logs, prepare billing paperwork, and draft standard operating procedures.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in live construction, civil engineering, or real‑estate development projects.
• Proven track record supporting senior leaders or coordinating complex projects.
• Strong technical capability to read blueprints, perform quantity takeoffs, and manage construction documentation.
