About the role
The Billing and Collections specialist will be responsible for generating and reviewing electronic invoices, monitoring accounts receivable, and ensuring timely collections and reconciliations. This role supports basic financial reporting and contributes to the accuracy of the company’s financial data.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and review electronic invoices.
- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Manage collections, perform reconciliations, and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Prepare basic financial reports related to billing and collections.
Required profile
- High attention to detail.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Organized with ability to meet deadlines.
- Customer‑oriented and achievement driven.
- Proactive and responsible.
Required skills
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
