Financial and Operations Optimization Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Financial and Operations Optimization Manager to lead initiatives that improve efficiency and profitability across the organization. In this role you will analyze performance data, identify cost‑saving opportunities, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to implement measurable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze financial and operational performance to pinpoint efficiency gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to design and execute cost‑reduction and production‑optimization projects.
• Validate savings initiatives, ensuring benefits are accurate, measurable, and supported by reliable data.
• Review, approve, and track cost‑reduction and cost‑avoidance projects from proposal through realized impact.
• Provide timely performance insights and reporting to senior leadership.
• Monitor project pipelines and savings targets, escalating risks and recommending corrective actions.
• Build and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and business cases to make performance visible organization‑wide.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in finance, including cost analysis, financial planning, or operational finance.
• Fully bilingual in Spanish and English with strong professional communication skills.
• Proven track record of validating savings initiatives and evaluating cost‑reduction projects.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
