Freelance Structural BIM Specialist – Global Projects

About the role

You will work on large‑scale BIM projects, developing and coordinating structural models and construction documentation for complex facilities and buildings. The role requires producing high‑quality drawing packages, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in technical discussions in English.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain complete structural Revit models and construction documentation.
• Produce drawing packages with minimal QA/QC comments.
• Coordinate with BIM coordinators, project managers, engineers, architects, contractors and clients.
• Ensure deliverables meet project standards and manage priorities and deadlines.
• Use BIM coordination platforms such as Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360 or ClickUp for clash detection and task management.

Required profile

• Civil, Structural Engineering or Architecture degree with relevant design/documentation experience.
• Professional experience using Revit for structural modeling and documentation.
• Strong understanding of structural systems, construction documentation and BIM workflows.
• Experience in multidisciplinary project environments and ability to work independently.
• Upper‑Intermediate English (B2) or higher, immediate availability, own computer/laptop.
