Freight Broker (Remote, Full‑time)

About the role

The Freight Broker role is a full‑time remote position responsible for coordinating and managing freight movements between shippers and carriers.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and onboard new customers.
• Negotiate rates and secure carrier capacity.
• Monitor shipments to ensure on‑time pickup and delivery.
• Handle dispatching activities and communicate updates proactively.
• Resolve service issues while maintaining strong carrier and client relationships.
• Maintain accurate records and update transportation management systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply‑chain operations.
• Performance‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• High school diploma required; post‑secondary education in business, logistics, or a related field preferred.
