Full Stack Developer (Java, TypeScript, PWA) – Remote – Latin America

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join our talent network and work remotely with U.S. clients on project‑based assignments. You will become part of the client’s engineering team, collaborating daily with designers and engineers to deliver high‑quality Java back‑ends and modern TypeScript/JavaScript front‑ends, including Progressive Web Apps.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java‑based backend services.
• Build, scale and optimise Progressive Web Apps using TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Implement advanced PWA features such as service workers, caching layers and offline capabilities.
• Integrate PWAs with native mobile hardware (biometric authentication, barcode scanning) and support React Native migration.
• Collaborate with client designers and engineers in a Windows/IntelliJ development environment.
• Design relational or non‑relational database schemas and ensure reliable service‑to‑service integrations.
• Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and contribute to shared libraries.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and take ownership of delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional software development experience.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Completed a four‑year college degree.
• Experience with Java backend development and modern frontend ecosystems.
• Hands‑on experience writing high‑quality TypeScript and JavaScript code.
• Familiarity with architectural concepts of Agentic Programming and AI agent workflows.
• Proven track record of developing and scaling PWAs.
• Comfortable working in a Windows environment using IntelliJ Ultimate.
• Strong background in distributed systems and service integrations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams and large, complex systems.
