About the role

The Commercial Manager will lead the sales performance and gross margin of our retail points in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula, while also driving commercial development in Roatán. This is a team‑leadership position focused on results, not individual selling.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales and gross margin for all retail locations in Tegucigalpa and San Pedro Sula.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of more than 15 commercial advisors, setting targets and providing field support.
• Manage the pipeline of projects and key accounts from quotation through closure.
• Ensure every customer receives a consultative sale and follow‑up, driving store conversion.
• Maintain pricing discipline within defined bands and control inventory rotation.
• Collaborate with the regional manager to expand commercial activity in Roatán.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in commercial roles, with at least 5 years leading sales teams (minimum 15 members).
• Proven responsibility for gross margin, not just sales volume.
• Experience in high‑ticket, long‑cycle consultative sales within specialized retail, projects, or key accounts.
• Background in premium finishes, kitchens & bathrooms, furniture, lighting, high‑end décor, real‑estate development, hospitality, or luxury automotive is valued.
• Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Architecture, or Civil Engineering with a commercial focus.
• Willingness to travel frequently to San Pedro Sula and periodically to Roatán.
