About the role

World Vision Honduras is seeking an Integral Development Manager to lead community‑based projects that improve the lives of vulnerable children in San Sebastian, Lempira. The position will work closely with local families, youth, and community organisations to design, implement and evaluate development initiatives aligned with the organization’s Christian‑based mission.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, formulate and oversee community development projects focused on child welfare.
• Facilitate participatory processes with children, adolescents, youth and community members.
• Monitor project progress, conduct evaluations and report results.
• Strengthen local organisations through capacity‑building activities.
• Utilise digital tools and media to support project communication and documentation.

Required profile

• University or technical degree in Social Sciences, Pedagogy, Agronomy or related fields.
• Minimum two years of experience in similar community development roles.
• Proven experience in local development, community projects and organisational strengthening.
• Knowledge of project formulation, monitoring and evaluation.
• Ability to work on‑site in the intervention area and reside locally.
• Valid motorcycle driving skills.
