About the role

MSF is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to oversee the procurement and logistics for its two projects in Honduras (San Pedro Sula and Tegucigalpa). The role ensures that medical and pharmaceutical supplies are available, traceable, and compliant with MSF standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor the full supply chain for both project sites, working with Logbase and local Log Managers.
• Manage tax exemption (ISV) and import‑tax dispensation procedures with Honduran authorities, ensuring all documentation, deadlines and renewals are met.
• Collaborate closely with the mission’s pharmacy manager to guarantee availability, traceability, and proper expiry management of medical and pharmaceutical items.
• Identify and mitigate risks of stock‑outs across both locations.

Required profile

• Degree and specialization in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management.
• Experience with import processes, nationalisation of goods and tax exemption procedures in Honduras is a strong plus.
• Fluent Spanish (C1) and English (B2); French (B1) is desirable.
