Government Contracting & Procurement Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Government Contracting & Procurement Specialist to support government contracting activities, procurement research, bid management, and proposal documentation. The role is fully remote and ideal for candidates with strong research and organizational abilities who can manage multiple documentation tasks accurately and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Support government contracting and procurement processes, including bids, RFQs, RFPs, and proposals.
• Research and identify government contract opportunities across relevant procurement platforms.
• Organize and maintain procurement databases, bid information, and opportunity trackers.
• Process, update, and verify contract and procurement data with a high level of accuracy.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain bid documents, submissions, spreadsheets, and tracking reports.
• Monitor deadlines, submission requirements, and procurement updates.
• Assist with administrative coordination and ensure timely follow‑through on assigned tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in government contracting, procurement, bid coordination, or proposal administration (preferred).
• Strong research, data processing, and documentation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines independently.
• Strong written communication and follow‑through.
