Head of Partnerships & Growth

About the role

OWOW is a data intelligence platform for AI, collecting and structuring large‑scale voice, video, egocentric and physical‑world data. We are seeking a Head of Partnerships & Growth to own the full commercial loop, from prospecting to delivery, and to act as the public face of OWOW with AI labs, robotics firms and data vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, pitch and close new partnerships with AI labs, commercial data buyers and vendors.
• Manage and nurture existing key relationships across voice data, robotics data and hardware vendors.
• Coordinate execution, including vendor logistics, hardware shipping, contributor onboarding and delivery quality.
• Represent OWOW in conversations with senior stakeholders at partner companies.
• Work closely with the founder to shape commercial strategy as an early, high‑trust hire.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships, preferably with technical or enterprise customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English, comfortable presenting to executives.
• Genuine interest in AI, physical AI/robotics or data infrastructure.
• Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous environments and can own outcomes end‑to‑end.
• Availability to work overlapping US business hours.
