HR Administrator – Employee Records & Compensation

About the role

We are seeking a motivated HR Administrator to join our San Pedro Sula office. In this role you will support the HR department by maintaining employee records, assisting with payroll and benefits, and contributing to compensation analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and databases.
• Assist in payroll processing and administration of employee benefits.
• Prepare HR‑related reports, including merit increase data and matrix charts.
• Support the development of Workday reporting and an organization‑wide reporting strategy.
• Compile data, create work summaries, and support employee‑relations initiatives and events.
• Help organize HR training sessions, workshops, and general administrative tasks.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with compensation and performance management.
• Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining confidentiality.

• Workday (integration or reporting experience preferred).
