About the role

The Implementador de agentes bancarios is responsible for expanding the network of affiliated bank agents, ensuring they are properly trained, supervised, and capable of delivering a range of banking products to customers. This role combines business development, training, and operational oversight to drive transaction volume across the agent network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and affiliate new businesses to become bank agents following established processes.
• Train affiliated agents on the operation of various banking products.
• Maintain continuous labeling and monitoring of each affiliated agent.
• Supervise agents to generate transactional activity for multiple products.
• Manage administrative tasks and documentation for agent affiliation requests.
• Visit prospective merchant locations to recruit them as bank agents.
• Plan and track achievement of commercial and operational targets.
• Provide ongoing follow‑up on administrative processes and performance metrics for the agent network.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, business development, or banking operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for training and supervising agents.
• Ability to manage multiple administrative processes and meet defined goals.
• Detail‑oriented approach to handling affiliation documentation.
