Installation Coordinator (Project Manager)

About the role

We are looking for an Installation Coordinator (also referred to as an Operations Coordinator) to oversee our playground equipment installation projects. The role serves as the main point of contact between customers and installers, ensuring smooth execution of 50‑100 active jobs at any time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 50‑100 open installation jobs simultaneously.
• Communicate installation processes to customers and keep them informed.
• Coordinate with installers, providing schedules, resources, and support.
• Schedule installations, monitor timelines, and adjust plans as needed.
• Act as liaison between customers and installers, resolving issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot on‑site challenges and ensure successful project completion.

Required profile

• Experience in construction, contractor management, or related fields.
• Strong problem‑solving and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in English.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working collaboratively.
• Adaptable to change and eager to improve processes.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Airtable.
• Experience using Shopify.
• Advanced spreadsheet skills (e.g., Excel).
