IT Site Support Technician

About the role

We are looking for an IT Site Support Technician to ensure the smooth operation of PCs, phones, and agent software at our call‑center site. The role involves rapid troubleshooting, break‑fix activities and close collaboration with corporate network, PBX and application teams.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve tickets submitted through the TRAKIT ticketing system, prioritising based on impact.
• Maintain and maximise uptime of desktop computers, VoIP phones and related infrastructure.
• Assist corporate IT teams with site‑level issues involving network, PBX and Windows administration.
• Support hardware roll‑outs, application deployments and client‑specific desktop projects.
• Document resolutions and contribute to knowledge‑base articles.

Required profile

• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced call‑center environment using VoIP technology.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to address site‑level problems urgently.
• Team‑player mindset and a positive, tenacious approach to meeting service goals.

Required skills

• PC hardware troubleshooting and break‑fix.
• Windows 7 administration and registry knowledge.
• Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO) management.
• Software deployment and application roll‑out experience.
• VOIP phone systems and Ethernet network connectivity.
• Use of ticketing systems (TRAKIT) for incident tracking.
