About the role

Global Pacific Support is seeking a dynamic IT Specialist to manage, maintain, and support the company’s computer systems, networks, and software applications. The role ensures smooth, efficient, and secure technology operations.

Key responsibilities

Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, perform system updates and data backups.
Provide technical support to employees and assist in implementing new technologies.
Maintain cybersecurity measures, including firewalls and antivirus programs.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience in an IT support or specialist role.
Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Required skills

Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
Network security practices, firewalls, and antivirus software.
Hardware setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Cloud platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, AWS, and Azure.
