About the role

We are looking for a strategic leader to drive innovation, growth and actionable insights for a major consumer goods company. The role will shape the agenda for new product development, market expansion and data‑driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities through market analysis, trend monitoring and category performance assessment.
• Lead the innovation strategy and portfolio evolution, ensuring a robust pipeline of short‑, medium‑ and long‑term initiatives.
• Generate strategic insights that enable agile, data‑based decision making.
• Partner closely with commercial and business units as a strategic growth ally.
• Anticipate emerging trends and embed advanced analytics and artificial intelligence into innovation processes.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and manage regional and global stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Innovation, Consumer Insights, Growth or Category Strategy.
• Strong ability to analyze category performance and uncover business opportunities.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Excellent influence, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strategic, creative thinking with a results‑oriented mindset.
