Jefe de Logística

About the role

As the Logistics Manager at DIUNSA, you will oversee daily logistics operations to guarantee product availability and timely deliveries. The position is full‑time, onsite in Tocoa, and requires close collaboration with purchasing and sales teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily logistics activities, including receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.
• Plan optimal transportation routes and manage warehouse operations.
• Monitor and control the flow of merchandise from inbound to outbound stages.
• Lead the logistics team, set performance indicators and ensure targets are met.
• Work with procurement and sales to optimize costs and service levels.

Required profile

• Education in administration, logistics, industrial engineering or related fields.
• Proven experience leading operational teams in distribution or retail environments.
• Strong ability to analyze data, prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency with office productivity tools and logistics/ERP systems.
