Jewelry Salesperson

About the role

The Jewelry Salesperson works full‑time on‑site in our Tegucigalpa store, delivering a welcoming and professional experience to every customer. You will be the face of the brand, helping shoppers discover and purchase jewelry that matches their style and needs.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, presenting jewelry pieces and explaining features, materials and care instructions.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions, handling sales transactions accurately.
• Maintain up‑to‑date sales records and ensure merchandise is attractively displayed and well‑stocked.
• Process exchanges and returns in accordance with store policies.
• Support store promotions, events and visual merchandising initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and keep the showroom clean and secure.

Required profile

• Strong retail sales background, preferably with experience in jewelry or luxury goods.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; flexible availability for weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle valuable items responsibly.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
