Junior Recruiter (Remote)

About the role

We are a US‑based marketing company that specializes in staffing door‑to‑door sales teams. We are looking for a motivated Junior Recruiter to conduct initial group screening interviews for sales and occasional marketing positions. The role is fully remote and requires a high‑energy, sales‑oriented approach to keep candidates engaged.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Zoom (or Google Meet) group interviews using a provided script, each lasting 15‑30 minutes.
• Manage multiple interviews per day while maintaining a positive, energetic demeanor.
• Take detailed notes on each candidate for accurate record‑keeping.
• Present job opportunities in a compelling, sales‑style manner to attract and retain candidates.
• Ensure a professional image throughout the interview process.

Required profile

• Strong verbal English skills and the ability to engage candidates persuasively.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Experience with video‑conference tools such as Zoom or Google Meet.
• Proficiency in using a CRM or ATS for candidate tracking.
• Interpersonal skills that enable quick rapport building.
