Lead Qualification Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a remote Lead Qualification Specialist to join our team on an urgent basis. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, assessing their needs and directing them to the most suitable provider. This role requires strong analytical abilities and excellent English communication.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and qualify incoming leads to identify client needs.
• Ask validation questions and gather key customer information.
• Research and verify business information using multiple sources.
• Match each client with the most appropriate provider.
• Record all information and follow‑up activities in the CRM system.
• Provide post‑reference follow‑up to ensure a positive client experience.

Required profile

• 1–2 years recent experience in lead qualification, validation, prospecting, research, or screening.
• Proven ability to qualify leads, ask discovery questions, and validate data before handing off opportunities.
• Experience handling high volumes of daily leads or requests.
• Strong independent research skills to verify commercial information.
• Advanced English (C1) with excellent written and verbal communication.
• High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong organizational skills.
