About the role
The Líder de Desarrollo will coordinate the planning, execution, and supervision of software development projects, ensuring that client requirements are met while efficiently managing all phases of development.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee software development and implementation activities.
- Guarantee compliance with client specifications throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables across all development phases.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals.
Required profile
- Degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; a master’s in Project Management, IT Management or similar is desirable.
- Fluent English.
- Minimum 5 + years of experience as a Senior Software Developer.
