Lifecycle Marketer (Fintech)

About the role

The company is a fast‑growing US fintech that offers a USD account, international transfers and a card through a single app for users in Latin America. They are looking for a Lifecycle Marketer to own all user communications from sign‑up through activation, engagement, reactivation and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise end‑to‑end lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, push, WhatsApp and in‑app messaging.
• Map user journeys, identify drop‑off points and create targeted communications to move users forward.
• Build scalable segmentation, personalization and automation strategies.
• Run A/B tests, analyse performance with Mixpanel and report on lifecycle impact.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to align messaging with feature releases.
• Drive cross‑sell of the USD account, card and stablecoin wallet.

Required profile

• Data‑first mindset with experience measuring and iterating on campaign performance.
• Hands‑on attitude – able to write copy, set up flows and execute campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills to diagnose funnel issues and propose solutions.
• Ability to work in a hyper‑growth environment and manage multiple channels.
