Logistics Coordinator - Afternoon Shift

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator for the afternoon shift in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. You will coordinate and optimize delivery schedules, communicate with mobile units, and ensure timely, safe deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in dispatching loads, scheduling drivers, and coordinating daily routes.
• Monitor routes, handle sudden changes, and adjust for road construction or other issues.
• Communicate freight requirements and procedures to drivers and provide routing directions.
• Maintain compliance with dispatch standards, update customer portals, and enforce safety procedures.
• Analyze transportation planning opportunities to reduce costs and manage trailer pool placement.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of logistics or transportation experience.
• College diploma or degree.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Fluent English (both written and verbal).
• Strong time‑management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Ability to quickly learn new software, including mapping and routing tools.
