Logistics Operations Associate

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Logistics Operations Associate to join its growing team. You will coordinate driver dispatch, monitor shipments, and ensure smooth freight operations across multiple shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch drivers for freight pickups and deliveries, planning efficient routes.
• Monitor shipment progress and driver locations using communication tools and mapping software.
• Provide customers with timely shipment status updates and help resolve freight‑related issues.
• Adjust daily routes based on traffic, operational needs, or customer requirements.
• Enter and update load information in internal systems and customer portals.
• Assist drivers with routing guidance and ensure compliance with freight procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments to address operational challenges and maintain service quality.
• Analyze transportation planning opportunities to improve efficiency.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• Previous logistics or customer service experience is an asset.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent time‑management, prioritisation, and multitasking capabilities.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
