Logistics Reporting Analyst

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Logistics Reporting Analyst to join its San Pedro Sula office. You will work closely with business owners, technical teams, and operations staff to turn data into actionable insights that support safe and efficient freight movement.

Key responsibilities

• Research and gather requirements through document analysis and stakeholder interaction.
• Define project scope and objectives based on business and technical input.
• Develop business cases, needs analyses, and professional dashboards that illustrate current and future states.
• Produce clear documentation, including business requirements and technical specifications, and present findings in reports.
• Design technical solutions to address business problems and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Communicate regularly with users about production issues and resolution pathways.
