Logistics Representative

About the role

Charger Logistics is seeking a motivated Logistics Representative to coordinate and optimise delivery schedules for its fleet in San Pedro Sula. You will act as the communication hub between drivers, customers and internal teams, ensuring timely and cost‑effective deliveries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in dispatching pending loads and scheduling drivers for pickups and deliveries.
• Monitor and modify daily routes using mapping software to accommodate customer needs and road conditions.
• Communicate freight requirements, safety procedures and any route changes to drivers.
• Track driver locations via phone or radio and provide real‑time routing directions.
• Update customer web portals with current load information and event statuses.
• Enforce compliance with dispatch standards and safety protocols.
• Analyse transportation planning opportunities to reduce costs.
• Support trailer pool placement to meet daily customer requirements.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably with logistics exposure.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking capabilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Availability for either evening (Fri‑Mon 2 pm‑12 am) or morning (Fri‑Mon 8 am‑7 pm) shifts.
