About the role

Charger Logistics is an asset‑based carrier seeking a motivated Logistics Representative in San Pedro Sula, Honduras. The role focuses on coordinating and optimizing delivery schedules, communicating with mobile units, and using mapping software to select the best routes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in dispatching loads, scheduling and dispatching drivers to pick up and deliver shipments.
• Coordinate and modify daily routes, monitor sudden changes, road construction and establish new routes for timely deliveries.
• Communicate freight requirements and procedures to drivers and provide routing directions.
• Update customer web portals with load information and enforce safety procedures.

Required profile

• College diploma or university degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably in logistics.
• Strong problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using mapping software for route planning.
