Marketing & Graphic Designer (Full‑Time)

About the role

Our client, an e‑commerce company specializing in apparel printing, is looking for a creative Marketing & Graphic Designer to join the Marketing team. The role involves turning ideas, messages and business objectives into high‑quality visual content for both digital and print channels. Strong English communication skills (C1/C2) are required.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets based on marketing direction and objectives.
• Design advertisements, promotional materials, campaign assets, posters, flyers and other sales collateral.
• Create sample packs, product inserts, and customer‑facing materials.
• Produce professional sales decks, presentations and internal/external marketing documents.
• Adapt designs across different formats, audiences and communication channels.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining brand consistency and attention to detail.
• Incorporate feedback quickly and deliver high‑volume polished work within deadlines.
• Maintain organized design files, templates and asset libraries for future use.

Required profile

• Superior spoken and written English (C1/C2) with the ability to communicate ideas clearly.
• Proven experience in graphic design, creative marketing or advertising.
• Strong portfolio showcasing marketing collateral, advertisements, presentations or customer‑facing materials.
• Excellent visual judgment, understanding of typography, composition, colour and layout.
• Ability to work independently, take direction, respond to feedback and meet tight timelines.
