About the role
We are seeking a proactive and results‑oriented Medical Billing and Collections Specialist to join our Revenue Cycle Management team. The role focuses on managing collections from insurance companies, following up on overdue accounts receivable, resolving denials and appeals, and recovering underpayments, alongside medical billing and claim correction tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Manage collections from insurance companies and follow up on overdue accounts receivable.
- Resolve denials, handle appeals, and recover underpayments.
- Perform medical billing and correct claim submissions.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Billing or Revenue Cycle Management.
- Experience in insurance collections and accounts receivable follow‑up.
- Advanced English proficiency (C1) with excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proactive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to handle a high volume of accounts.
