About the role
Grupo Q, a leading automotive group in Central America, is looking for a reliable Motorista de Equipo Pesado to transport automotive products and spare parts to customers and branch locations. The role involves operating light (≤2.5 ton) and heavy (>2.5 ton) trucks, ensuring timely deliveries and maintaining vehicle condition.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct pre‑trip inspections of the assigned truck to verify proper condition.
- Report any damages or maintenance needs to the fleet manager.
- Execute transfers between branches, follow designated routes, and handle parcel shipments from the distribution centre.
- Meet delivery schedules and complete all required documentation accurately.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience as a heavy‑equipment driver.
- Primary education (elementary level) completed.
- Valid B3 truck driving licence.
- Good interpersonal relations and proactive attitude.
