About the role

We are looking for an Emission and Billing Officer to join our insurance brokerage in Tegucigalpa. The role supports the processing, verification and follow‑up of insurance policy movements, certificates and invoices, ensuring accurate communication with clients and insurers.

Key responsibilities

• Review and forward client‑reported policy movements to insurance companies.
• Audit insurer invoices to confirm correct application according to contracts.
• Track certificates, endorsements, pre‑billing and final billing documents.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients, insurers and internal teams regarding requests and inquiries.
• Administer operational controls and generate area reports.
• Prepare reports and monitor pending items related to emission and billing.

Required profile

• University student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Financial Administration, Banking, Public Accounting or a related field.
• Proactive, responsible and highly committed.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and service orientation.
• Analytical and organizational capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Residence in Tegucigalpa.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
