About the role
We are looking for a dedicated professional to develop talent and train commercial staff, ensuring they perform their duties with confidence, safety and excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain a high-quality training system and keep learning materials up-to-date and aligned with business needs.
- Promote the use of innovative technological tools and design content on new technologies, techniques, products and internal policies.
- Deliver daily training sessions aimed at strengthening employee skills.
- Create learning resources that encourage self-directed growth and study.
Required profile
- University degree in Pedagogy, Psychology or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience delivering commercial-level training.
- Willingness to travel and possession of a personal vehicle.
- Residence in San Pedro Sula.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Knowledge of POS and CRM systems.
- Ability to create video content with Camtasia.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and videoconferencing tools.
