Onboarding Coordinator (Remote – LATAM)

About the role

Blue Gems Management is seeking a proactive Onboarding Coordinator to lead the end‑to‑end integration of new vacation rental homes into our portfolio. This remote position serves the Latin America region and focuses on turning complex onboarding processes into streamlined, repeatable systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full onboarding lifecycle for a rotating portfolio of homes, from signed contract to live listing on major OTAs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing welcome calls, status updates, and timely responses to inquiries.
• Build and maintain workflows, pipelines, and trackers that keep all stakeholders informed of property status.
• Set up homeowners on platforms such as Stripe and OwnerRez, and create optimized listings across OTA websites.
• Coordinate vendors for cleaning, inspections, photography, pool maintenance, pest control, and lawn care, securing homeowner approval for each step.
• Liaise with previous property managers, vendors, and service teams to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Engage with HOAs and community managers to confirm parking, amenities, guest access, and local compliance requirements.
• Track onboarding KPIs and continuously refine processes for greater efficiency.
