Outbound B2B Sales Representative – US Market (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Representative to drive new client acquisition for our US‑focused BPO services. The role is fully remote, based in Honduras, and operates on US business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and hunt new B2B opportunities in the US market through high‑volume calls, emails and LinkedIn outreach.
• Pitch BPO Innovations’ value proposition to C‑level decision‑makers and manage the full sales cycle from contact to closure.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of daily outreach, pipeline progress and appointment setting.

Required profile

• Minimum C1 English proficiency, proven by testing.
• At least 2 years of outbound B2B sales experience with high‑volume cold calling (50‑100+ dials daily).
• Experience selling intangible services such as BPO, SaaS or consulting.
• Reliable personal computer, noise‑cancelling headset and high‑speed internet (150 Mbps upload).

• Base salary of $500 USD per month.
• Appointment bonuses up to $250 USD.
