Outbound Campaign Manager – LinkedIn

About the role

We are seeking a Founding LinkedIn Outbound Campaign Strategist to design, launch and optimise high‑impact LinkedIn outreach programmes for a fast‑growing AI‑driven growth platform. The role is fully remote and offers long‑term contract employment, giving you full ownership from research to execution.

Key responsibilities

• Research client products, markets and buyer personas to define ideal customer profiles and trigger events.
• Build highly targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and complementary data sources.
• Craft personalised connection requests, opening messages, follow‑ups and variant sequences.
• Launch, monitor and continuously optimise outbound campaigns on the company’s platform.
• Analyse acceptance, reply, meeting and lead‑quality metrics to identify under‑performing elements and run systematic A/B tests.
• Document test results and create repeatable playbooks for the broader sales team.

Required profile

• Proven track record of building and scaling successful B2B outbound campaigns.
• Strong ability to translate business insights into compelling, conversation‑driving messaging.
• Data‑driven mindset with experience interpreting campaign performance and iterating quickly.
