Outbound Campaign Manager – LinkedIn

About the role

We are seeking a Founding LinkedIn Outbound Campaign Strategist to lead outbound initiatives for a fast‑growing AI startup. This full‑time, long‑term contractor position is 100% remote and offers ownership of end‑to‑end campaign development, from research to optimization.

Key responsibilities

• Learn each client’s product, market, customers, positioning, and sales process.
• Identify ideal customer profiles, buyer segments, triggers, and campaign angles.
• Build highly targeted prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other data sources.
• Craft connection requests, opening messages, follow‑ups, and variations.
• Launch and monitor LinkedIn outbound campaigns, tracking acceptance, replies, meetings, and lead‑quality rates.
• Analyze underperforming campaigns, run structured tests, and make data‑driven adjustments.
• Document tests, results, and learnings, turning successful campaigns into repeatable playbooks.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and optimizing successful B2B outbound campaigns.
• Strong expertise in ICP research, segmentation, targeting, and outbound copywriting.
• Deep hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Ability to write concise, casual, and relevant outreach messages.
• Analytical mindset to interpret campaign data and iterate quickly.
