About the role
Blacksmith Agency runs PPC, SEO and paid‑media programs for clients across the United States. As a Paid Media Project Manager you own the delivery of that marketing work – from campaign launches and SEO roadmaps to reporting and client relationship management. You keep projects on time, on budget, and ensure internal teams stay unblocked.
Key responsibilities
- Own project plans, timelines and budgets from kickoff to delivery.
- Coordinate PPC and SEO strategists, writers and designers to hit milestones.
- Run client communication, status updates and expectation setting.
- Track scope, flag risk early, and drive tasks to completion.
Required profile
- 3+ years managing marketing projects or accounts, ideally in a digital agency.
- Hands‑on familiarity with PPC (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or SEO programs.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Comfort with project‑management tooling such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar.
- Calm under tight deadlines.
