Pet Product Specialist - Afternoon Team (Remote)

About the role

Tribute Wellness Sales is looking for a Product Sales Specialist (Protocol Review Specialist) to join its afternoon team, working remotely from 12:00 to 9:00 PM Central Time. The role sells pet health supplements to pet owners, turning prospects into loyal customers. It is a commission-only position with no cap on earnings.

Key responsibilities

• Sell products and services for the pet client, a company serving over a million dogs.
• Turn prospects into brand loyalists.
• Learn to sell and represent the company's ethos through training resources and leadership support.
• Work within ethical sales practices, following regulatory requirements and avoiding unsubstantiated claims.

Required profile

• Self-motivated salesperson with knowledge of, or passion for, health and wellness.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day) between 12 PM and 9 PM Central Time.
• Reliable internet and equipment, with a fast laptop or desktop, working mic, camera and headset, and preferably an Ethernet connection.
• Dedicated internet of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload, with low latency, jitter and packet loss.

What we offer

• Commission of 14%-17% of net sales (20-24.5% of gross profit); each sale is $250-$2,500, with no cap.
• Approximately 12-15 appointments scheduled per day, more if desired.
