Platform Engineer (Kubernetes) – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a Platform Engineer specialized in Kubernetes to join our fully remote team. You will build and maintain robust, scalable internal platforms that enable development teams to deploy and scale applications effortlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage production‑grade Kubernetes clusters across multiple environments.
• Develop and maintain Helm charts and templates for standardized application deployment.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code.
• Implement and optimize GitOps‑based continuous delivery workflows with tools such as ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with development teams to define platform standards, resource requirements, and scaling strategies.
• Ensure platform reliability, security, and performance through proactive monitoring and automated self‑healing mechanisms.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering.
• Proven expertise designing and managing production‑grade Kubernetes clusters.
• Strong proficiency with Infrastructure as Code tools, especially Terraform and Helm.
• Hands‑on experience implementing GitOps workflows using ArgoCD or similar tools.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, container networking, and cloud‑native security.
• Experience building and maintaining internal developer platforms at scale.
