Proactive AI‑Focused Virtual Assistant (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a highly proactive, intelligent and technology‑oriented Virtual Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, sales, marketing and operational support in a fast‑paced remote environment. The role goes beyond traditional admin duties and requires daily use of AI tools to boost productivity, conduct research and streamline processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage calendars, meetings, documentation and day‑to‑day administrative tasks while maintaining accurate records.
• Leverage AI tools for research, content creation, data organization, analysis and automation of repetitive processes.
• Support B2B lead generation, prospect research, email and LinkedIn outreach, CRM maintenance and sales activity tracking.
• Assist marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, competitor research and content support.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, test new digital tools and quickly adopt new software platforms.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills.
• Highly proactive, resourceful and able to work independently on multiple priorities.
• Intelligent, quick learner with a strong problem‑solving mindset and ownership mentality.
• Curious about AI and new digital tools, comfortable adapting in a fast‑changing environment.

Required skills

• Daily use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, automation platforms).
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems.
• Proficiency in productivity software and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new technologies quickly.
